These workouts are suitable for aerialists who have already established foundations in aerial and can invert from the floor. It is not recommended for absolute beginners still familiarizing with the apparatus. I'm working on another program so if that's you, keep an eye out :) If you can't invert yet, check out Inversions Unlocked.

HOW IT WORKS

Immediately receive your workout(s) and materials to get started. You'll be doing your workout(s) 2x/week for 6 weeks. Lyra is 23 min, Silks is 33. Use it as a standalone workout or a warmup.

Press play and follow along. A PDF guide shows you each exercise visually so you can also do it without the video. DM Sara at any point for technique feedback.

"I love how everything's just so accessible. The modifications for the harder stuff, the images, the timer... perfect for someone like me who can get easily overwhelmed with silks. Plus, having 6 weeks of direct support was a huge confidence booster!" -Gracie H.
