We’re exploring the subtle and powerful dynamics that shape a room:
 
how energy is established and maintained, how your nervous system influences the collective field, and how to work with simple, grounded energy practices to support both you and your students.
 
You’ll experience the felt sense of stepping into the role of fierce protector: someone who can hold safety, boundaries, and integrity without hesitation.
 
You’ll learn to recognize moments of disconnection (in yourself and your students), and how to skillfully repair, re-attune, and bring the room back into coherence when something wobbles.
 
And at the heart of this work is a deeper remembering: that what you are doing matters.
That the space you hold are containers of safety, empowerment, and transformation.
 
This masterclass is an invitation to approach your teaching with reverence—
for the practice, for the people in the room, and for the gift you are giving each time you lead.
