I used to be...not so disciplined about conditioning. It was so hard for me to resist working on choreography, new skills, and innovating wraps. But once I decided to start conditioning regularly, the payoff was IMMEDIATE. I thought it was going to be boring and hard, but it was fun and challenging! By reviewing basic skills in reps, I even started to see opportunities for inventing new pathways--so it was still engaging my mind. I felt so good after my first committed session that I was already looking forward to the next one. The consistent training has significantly increased my strength and improved my form. So DO IT! You will be glad you did, and there is no better way to become a strong aerialist.
